Rimjhim Chauhan

I am an architect and urban designer with a focus on strategic masterplanning. I believe all design can be cognizant and capable of adapting to the territory, and thus design processes must incorporate meticulous analyses of the tangible and intangible elements around us - whether they be landscape, built fabric, or people.

I am currently working as an Urban Designer at Arup and have experience working with multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers and architects with a multicultural design approach. I am also an alumna of AA Landscape Urbanism and have previously collaborated with urban development, landscape, and heritage conservation practices in India and the UK.

My interests mostly lie in integrated city planning, net zero masterplanning, experimental and digital design research, cartography, photogrammetry, and architectural conservation.
